Custom Engraving Policy

We will accept your items for engraving, however, we want you to be aware of possible risks due to using unproven materials.
* Engraving marks can appear uneven or faint.
*In rare cases the engraving can cause damage to the item.

WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACHIEVE CLEAR AND CRISP ENGRAVING ON  YOUR ITEMS BUT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MATERIAL AND HOW IT ENGRAVES.

When we receive your approval on the design proof, that will be exactly what is engraved onto your item. It is your responsibility to ensure all spelling and formatting is exactly as you want it to be. We do accept responsibility for errors we make in text/ image orientation as well as equipment failure errors and we will issue a full refund if the error is our fault.

We pride ourselves on our skills and expertise as engravers and we endeavor to take the utmost care with your item.  Our policy is to treat you as we would want to be treated, and if an error is made on our part, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Printing and Apparel Policy

When we receive your approval on the design proof, that will be exactly what is printed. It is your responsibility to ensure all spelling and formatting is exactly as you want it to be. Returns Policy

Personalized items can not be returned. Digital mockups are sent prior to personalization, once approved by you, they become non-refundable.
Unless there is a mistake made on our part.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Monster Modelworks products are mostly made to order and can take up to 10 business days to ship. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you once shipped.

Custom project delivery dates are discussed during consultation before the order would be placed.

Cataloged items arrive in house 2-3 days after ordering, than completion would be in 5 to 7 business days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are all weight-based and location based.
